Nova Tech
Nova is Toucan Talent’s internal educational platform that centralizes the learning process throughout the program.
It enables structured content delivery, assignment management, and progress tracking for each intern.
Create and manage practical assignments designed to reinforce learning through real-world application. Each task is aligned with the course objectives and helps interns develop technical and professional skills progressively.
Monitor learning progress through completed lessons, assignments, evaluations, and certifications. NOVA provides visibility into each participant's growth, helping both interns and mentors identify achievements and improvement opportunities.
Assess knowledge and practical competencies through quizzes, projects, and mentor reviews. Evaluations are designed to measure understanding, encourage continuous improvement, and ensure readiness for real-world challenges.
NOVA supports multiple learning roles, including interns, mentors, instructors, and administrators. Each role has dedicated tools and responsibilities that facilitate collaboration, guidance, feedback, and program management.
